Jason Ladas Wins At Poker Clip 1
|
Before I went all in I was intuitively feeling my opponents and analyzing their attack patterns. After awhile of profiling them I decided to isolate one player. I managed to induce my projected victim to go all in with the odds against him. I put my target on an array of hands and calculated at worst I would have the odds in my favor of a ratio of 52 to 48. My tactic after the flop was to clear the field so I do not become the underdog with too many players' combined outs going to the showdown. My guess was right as my opponent had 13 outs which gave him a 48 percent chance to beat me with a flush or straight. From the way my opponent played I felt he did not have a set (3 of a kind) or 2 pair. In the game of poker you need nerves of steel. By constantly attacking your opponents, you are dictating the terms of battle. You are controlling the tempo of the game.
